  • Course fees are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another program.

  • Students are encouraged to carefully review course details, schedules, and suitability before enrolling.

3. Exceptional Cases

  • Refunds may only be considered in rare circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical billing errors.

  • Such requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction, with valid proof. If refunds are approved in any such exceptional circumstances, it will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5 – 7 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If a student chooses not to continue, access will remain available for the enrolled duration but no refund will be issued.

  • The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, students will be informed in advance, and an alternative arrangement will be provided.
